Top chef Sergio Herman is a perfectionist in everything he does. When designing a wine cooler for his Surface tableware line, every detail counts. Of course it has to serve the purpose for which it is made: keeping wine deliciously cool for as long as possible. That is why Herman chose aluminium, a type of metal that is perfectly suitable for the freezer and that stays cold a long time. The cooler has two compartments: one for the bottle and one for extra ice. And it comes with a tray that catches the condensation from the cooler, making sure the tabletop stays dry.
